At Blue Diamond, in order to provide you the best satisfaction you may exchange your product within 14 days within receiving your piece of jewelry. Only new and or unused conditioned products will be exchanged. Products that have no tags (tag falls off), show signs of wear, or that have been altered from its original condition may not be exchanged.

What type of silver used?
Why does it look like gold and diamond?
The Sterling Silver is high-Quality fine .925 Sterling, handcrafted with fine cubic zirconium and or semiprecious stones. The jewelry is plated with a 18k, or platnum vermeil to prevent tarnishing of silver and to give a "Gold and Diamond" looking texture to the products.
How do I exchange an item?

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of recieving your piece of jewelry. Only new and or unused conditioned products will be exchange. Products that have no tags (tag falls off), show signs of wear, or that have been altered from its original condition may not be exchanged.

Our Fine jewelry is made of the highest quality 18k, 14k, platinum. All the fine jewelry on our website is handset and are created with their own individuality, the diamond's shapes and clarity may vary from other pieces on the site due to "No diamonds are the same", and item color, clarity, and weight are listed with each product and approximated by our gemologists.
